I have some new additions to my fishroom.  Red Hi-Fin Red Eye swordtails, Lyretail Platys and Albino Swords are just a few.  Check out the pictures, they are pretty neat fish.  I will be working to make some available in the future.

I am working on a colony of Skiffa Francesa and should be distributing some this spring.  I also have had a few broods of Red Eye Hi Fin Red Swords and once they mature and show their true finnage, I will likely be distributing some as well in the spring.

Red Stripe Tiger

There is a wide range of percentage of red coverage in my current stock.  While the more red males are very cool, I am working to isolate the stripes more and tone down the red on the throat.  The top two pictures are close to my goal.  I have seen this fish called many different names: Red Stripe Tiger, German Tiger Platy, White Tiger and Zebra Platy, I believe this is a variation of the modern Strain of Bleeding Heart, and I like the name Red Stripe Tiger.  The striping is more pronounced than a standard Bleeding Heart and the presence of red in the throat is less than the bleeding heart platy.
